Know Before You Go – Westfield Youth Sports - Winterfest 2026

Welcome to Winterfest
Upon arrival, enter Door 1 and walk to Field EC2 to check-in. A Westfield Youth Sports volunteer will scan your ticket and provide everyone in your group with a wristband and a food voucher ($15). Adding your Winterfest tickets to your wallet app should help us speed up this process.
Food
Each food voucher ticket holds a $15 value. You may use the voucher at the Food Court located on the main level of the facility or at the Pizza Station which will be set up between Field EC2 and EC3. The ticket can only be used once. There will not be a remaining balance available, and you do not need to use the entire $15.
Please be sure to throw away your trash in the receptacles provided around the venue and most importantly keep all food and beverages off the turf fields.
Families can eat in the Food Court Area, in the Grandstand, or upstairs at the Bar. Parents may purchase adult beverages at the bar. There are also TVs in that area. No vouchers will be accepted in the bar area.
Those in attendance can choose items from a kid’s friendly menu. Items include: Hot Dogs, Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Tenders, and Pizza. The concessions stand will also be available if you wish to purchase other items.
Again, the food voucher ($15) is for the Food Court and the Pizza Station only. Grand Park does offer Coke Products and select sides that can be combined with your entrée.
Rolling coolers will also be available in the hallway for people to grab a free bottle of water.
Last Call for Food and Beverage is at 7:30 PM
Wristbands
Everyone needs to wear a wristband. A wristband will be issued to you at check-in. Children will not be allowed on inflatables without a wristband. Children also need a wristband for face painting, air-brush tattoos, balloons and caricature drawings. Any child visiting a station on either field EC2 or EC3 needs to be wearing a wristband to participate.
Supervision
A reminder to our guests that this is a community event for families. No childcare will be provided. Parents are expected to enjoy this day with their children, and dropping off is not an option. All children must be supervised by an adult.
Entertainment
The Fabulously Fun Company will have eight artists on-site for Winterfest. 2 face painters, 2 balloon twisters, 2 caricature artists and 2 airbrush tattoo artists. A reminder that these stations are for children only. These artists will be set up in Suite D. For planning purposes, please remember lines will move faster for balloons and tattoos. Face paint and caricatures take longer so please be patient.
Jump N Play Party Rentals will set up six inflatables at Winterfest. All six will be located on the north side of Field EC2. The inflatables are for kids only.
Ed Carpenter Racing (ECR) will be at Winterfest! The automotive racing organization will display an Indy Car near the center of Field EC2. Attendees may get a photo with the vehicle, but please do not touch, or sit on/in the Indy Car.
