RSVP to Winterfest
Westfield Youth Sports is excited to partner with Birdies Golf, Grill House and Sports Bar to create a community event that is open to all families in Westfield! Please join us at Winterfest on January 10. The event will be held at the Grand Park Events Center from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. There will be free food, inflatables, games, entertainment, music, giveaways and more!
We need everyone to RSVP to this event for planning purposes. The RSVP system is in place to make sure we have enough food and entertainment for the children in attendance. It also includes a wavier which will help us with the check-in process. Every family will receive wristbands and food tickets upon arrival. Every person in the party will get one ticket and one wristband. That ticket voucher is worth $15 at the food court.
A reminder to all that this is a community event for families. No childcare will be provided. Parents are expected to enjoy this day with their children, and dropping-off is not an option. All children must be supervised by an adult.
Families can use their food ticket voucher at the food court or concession stand located on the main level of the Grand Park Events Center. We will have a kid-friendly menu. Please note that food and drinks are not allowed on the turf fields so please keep all food and beverages in their designated areas (food court, grandstands, second-level bar area).
ECR to Join Winterfest
ECR (Ed Carpenter Racing) will be at Winterfest! The automotive racing organization will bring an Indy Car to the Grand Park Events Center allowing attendees to get a photo with the vehicle.
Earlier this year, ECR announced their plan to relocate their operations to the City of Westfield. ECR will build a new state-of-the-art racing headquarters as part of the Grand Park District Master Plan, a visionary blueprint designed to enhance and expand the existing Grand Park Sports Campus. ECR is currently the only NTT INDYCAR SERIES team that will be headquartered in Hamilton County. To learn more about ECR and their move to Westfield, please click here.
Jump N Play Party Rentals
Six inflatables will be set up on the north side of Field EC2 at the Grand Parks Event Center! That includes three 65' obstacle courses, two dual lane slides and a 40' Lego Themed Block Party Course.
Fabulously Fun Company
The Fabulously Fun Company will have 2 face painters, 2 balloon twisters, 2 caricature artists and 2 airbrush artists at Winterfest.
