Please pick up your Nothing Bundt Cake fundraiser orders on Nov. 20 at Shamrock Springs Elementary School. Westfield Youth Sport volunteers will be on site from 6:30-8:00 PM to help with this process. Picking up orders on this date is mandatory and no alternative times will be available.

Upon arrival at Shamrock Springs, you may remain in your vehicle and use the school pick-up line. A Westfield Youth Sport volunteer will get the name of your athlete, and hand off your order at your car.

We ask that only athletes and their immediate family arrive to pick up the orders. Once you have the cakes, the athlete will be responsible for delivering the orders to additional purchasers.

WYSI will provide the athlete with a detailed list of who made orders to make delivery easier. Orders will also come with a care slip on how to properly store the cake after you pick up the order.

Please remember to pick up your cake orders on Nov. 20. If orders are not picked up on that day, the cakes will be donated due to them being a perishable food item.

 1. How can I see who has purchased cakes?
WYS will pull a report with that information. This will show who bought cake for which player (which is a question on the online form).

 2. How will the cakes be distributed?
Each athlete is responsible for picking up their orders on Nov. 20. This process is mandatory and is the responsibility of the athlete, not the person who made the purchase. If orders are not picked up on Nov. 20 the cakes will be donated due to them being a perishable food item.

3. Where do athletes pick up their orders?
Pick up on Nov. 20 will be at Shamrock Springs from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Families will not have to exit their cars as the orders will be handed out drive-through style. There will be signs to help direct families to the right areas, similar to a school pick up. Multiple email reminders will go out before the end of the fundraiser to remind families of this information.
